Chairman & Managing Director
He is a founder of Neugene and the Chairman and Managing Director of the company. He is a highly respected and widely recognised business leader. He graduated in Science from Oxford University, London and Masters’ degree in operational research from State University of New York, U.S.A. and successfully completed the Advanced Management Program (AMP) from Harvard Business School, Boston, U.S.A.
He started Neugene to pioneer a fundamentally different approach to business and technology consulting. This approach delivers business and advanced technology solutions that result in high-value, measurable business results - on time and on budget. He rose steadily and steered the organisation through a strategic and visionary turnaround, ensuring that the Group attained dominant status in service industry.
Keen on giving back to society, he takes his social responsibilities very seriously. This is manifested in his involvement across three sectors: education, leadership development and sports.

Kumar KP
Chief Executive Officer
He is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience and holds Honors Degree in Commerce from Panjab University and Degree in International Business Administration from the Faculty of Management Studies (FMS), BHU, India.
He demonstrates a sound knowledge of Best Value, Performance Management techniques, Marketing strategies and the delivery of cultural change. With an excellent knowledge and understanding of governance
He has been with Neugene since its inception and has seen the organization grow into a successful consultancy and he is still integral to its development. He has considerable industrial relations and business management experience within a range of industries.issues he regularly advises Boards on best practices, remuneration and effective operating structures.

John Smith
Director - IT & Planning
He has been with the Group for more than twenty years. At Neugene, he drives the implementation of the company's overall business strategy and planning and is responsible for the top-line and bottom-line volume and growth. He is also the key driver of new technology and quality initiatives aimed at taking Neugene towards a leadership position in the world market.
He orchestrated Neugene's spectacular turnaround in the mid-1990s and has played a pivotal role in the Group's transformation. As a key member of the core team spearheading the Group Company, he is responsible for formulating strategy at the Group level.
Having his graduation done from Kingston University, London, holds a Master of Science in IT and Strategic Innovation from the University of Aston, Birmingham, U.K.

Lim Hian Tai
Director - Marketing & Development
A young and aggressive go-getter personality ensures every task is delivered on time. Highly experienced and proactive professional has extensive experience of various industries and holds Masters of Science in International Marketing Management from Boston University, and Management in Information Technology from Lancaster University Management School, U.K.
In his capacity as Director of Marketing and Development, he has led a number of significant management projects. These projects have centered on mergers and acquisitions as well as major cultural realignment. He has been influential in developing forward-thinking business strategies with a wide range of organisation’s adding value to business processes.

Richard Goodwin
Director Finance
An astute finance professional, joined the Company in 1998. He has over two decades of experience of which fifteen years in leadership positions in the finance domain, he is today the Member of the Board and heads the Group Finance of the company.
Prior to his current role, he has served the Company as the Chief Financial Officer. His areas of responsibilities include Corporate Finance, Treasury, International Taxation, Risk Management and Mergers & Acquisitions for the whole group. He has also served in various capacities before in the Finance Department.
He is a graduate in Economics from the University of California and a Chartered Accountant and member of the Association of Corporate Treasurers.
